Who I am
I am Muhammad Afzaal Khan, the advisor behind RealtyDXB. I have worked in Dubai real estate since 2020 across ready homes, off-plan projects, branded residences, and investment property.
My main specialist focus is Burj Khalifa. I compare the exact layout, view, floor position, condition, service costs, use, rent, and likely resale demand. Two apartments in the same tower can be very different buys.
How I work
My job is to make the trade-offs visible. I begin with your objective, test the options against the market and the numbers, and explain the shortlist in plain language. The goal is not to create urgency. It is to help you recognise when an opportunity genuinely fits.
