1. Who we are

This policy applies to property advisory and lead-generation activities carried out by Afzaal Khan under the Afzaal Real Estate brand and in his role as Senior Property Consultant at Housess in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information that you choose to provide through Meta Instant Forms, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, telephone, or another enquiry channel, including:

• name, email address, telephone number, and WhatsApp number;
• property interests, preferred locations, budget range, purchase purpose, financing position, and buying timeline;
• answers to qualification questions shown in the lead form;
• messages, call notes, appointment details, and follow-up preferences; and
• technical information routinely generated when you visit the website, such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, and security or server logs.

Please do not submit identity documents, bank details, health information, or other sensitive information through a Meta Instant Form.

3. Meta Instant Forms

When you open or submit an Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may pre-fill or collect information under its own terms and privacy policy. Meta then makes the submitted lead information available to us because you asked to hear from us about Dubai property.

We may use approved Meta business tools, CRM connections, or the Conversions API to report limited lead events—such as whether an enquiry was received or qualified—for campaign measurement and improvement. We do not send sensitive information through these tools. Meta processes information it receives under its own policies.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and contact you by telephone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook, or Instagram;
• understand and qualify your property requirements;
• recommend properties, projects, viewings, consultations, or related services that may be relevant;
• maintain lead records, avoid duplicate contact, and record your communication preferences;
• measure lead quality and improve advertising, forms, and customer service;
• protect the website and our systems from misuse; and
• meet legal, regulatory, dispute-resolution, and record-keeping obligations.

Submitting a lead form requests follow-up about your stated property interest. Where separate consent is required for ongoing marketing, we will request it. You may ask us to stop marketing contact at any time.

5. Legal basis and consent

Depending on the circumstances, we process information with your consent, to take steps you request before a property transaction, for legitimate business purposes that do not override your privacy rights, or to comply with applicable law. You may withdraw consent for future consent-based processing by contacting us.

6. When we share information

We may share information only as reasonably needed with:

• Housess personnel involved in responding to or progressing your property enquiry;
• property developers, sellers, landlords, brokers, mortgage or conveyancing partners when you ask us to arrange or progress a relevant service;
• service providers that support lead delivery, CRM or spreadsheet storage, email, WhatsApp, hosting, security, analytics, or advertising, including Meta; and
• regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or professional advisers where legally required or necessary to protect rights.

We do not sell personal information or provide it to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.

7. Storage, international transfers, and retention

Information may be stored or processed in the UAE and in other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for cross-border handling.

Lead information is generally kept while an enquiry is active and for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless you request deletion sooner or a longer period is reasonably required for a transaction, legal obligation, complaint, fraud prevention, or establishment of legal rights. Inactive data may be deleted or anonymised earlier.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Cookies, hosting, and third-party links

The website may use essential hosting and security technologies and generate routine server logs. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, including a Meta Pixel, are added, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated.

Links to WhatsApp, email, Facebook, Instagram, Meta forms, developer websites, or other third-party services are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.

10. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, restrict, stop, or delete personal information, withdraw consent, object to certain uses, or obtain information about how it is handled. You may also opt out of marketing at any time by replying “stop,” using an available unsubscribe method, or emailing us.

11. Children

Our property services and lead forms are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
